The Baltic Forest Company was founded in 2005 as a timber procurement enterprise.
Today, we are a full-cycle district-forming manufacture that exports high-quality products to the European markets.

The Company and the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation entered into a lease agreement for forest plots for a period of 10 years. In 2020, the agreement was extended for 49 years.

2015
This year Baltic Forest Company launched a deep processing of low-grade wood into fuel chips for export to the Scandinavian countries.
The Company started the first production of glued window scantlings and edge glued panels and joined the Kaliningrad Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Since the same year, the forest management and supply chain of Baltic Forest Company is certified by Forest Stewardship Council™
(FSC C130564). Now (2023), FSC's activity is suspended in Russia.

2018
This year Baltic Forest Company became a resident of the Special Economic Zone of the region and acquired a production base in the village Saranskoye in order to increase the production of glued products and ensure the possibility of deep processing of harvested raw materials.
Since 2019, the Baltic Forest Company has been carrying out a large-scale investment project in Saranskoye. The company acquired a new finger jointing line and a mobile unit for the production of fuel chips, which has no analogues in the Russian Federation.
In the same year, the Baltic Forest Company became a member of the Corporate Program for Increasing Competitiveness from the Russian Export Center and the National Project for Increasing Labor Productivity.

In 2020, the Baltic Forest Company successfully passed audits on National Projects and continued participation in programs, entered into an agreement with «Weinig Group» (Germany) for the supply of the ProfiPress of the DimterLine, and also invested in the construction of a new drying complex designed by «Mühlböck» (Austria) and hot water boiler system.

Our company won the regional stage in competition «Exporter of the year», took the nomination «Forest Protection and Restoration» of the «Ecotech-Leader» award and successfully launched new machines.

We launched a new product - oak fuel briquettes, which are pressed on RUF machinery. And also we successfully passed certification «Lesnoy Etalon».
